We dispatch all orders placed between Monday and Thursday within 24 hours of receipt unless there are any items out of stock, in an event of which, a member of our customer services team will contact you to inform you of this. If you place your order between Friday 12pm and Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday.
We dispatch our orders using one of methods.
***CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - If you would like to buy a beautiful Lamb handbag as a gift for someone this Christmas, the last date that we can dispatch for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Friday 16th December: International orders and Tuesday 20th December: UK orders placed before 2pm.*** Orders placed after this cut off will not be guaranteed before Christmas. During the Christmas and New Year period please expect deliveries will be slower. Normal delivery timescales will commence from Monday 9th January.
Standard Delivery - £6.50 - 3-5 working days
Next Day Delivery Guaranteed (UK Customers only) - £11.95 - Next Day Delivery is only guaranteed if your order is placed before 2pm Monday - Friday. All orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or at any time over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered to you on Tuesday. On bank holidays your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
Republic of Ireland - £12.95 - 3-5 working days
International Europe - £20 - 5-7 working days
International Rest of the World - £30 - 5-10 working days
All orders are insured in case of any accidental loss or damage during transit to you. In the unlikely event of which, we will ensure that a replacement is sent out to you in due course. If you suspect that this may have happened, please contact our customer services.
Customs and Import Charges
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order as a result of any of the below reasons,
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If you wish to make a change to your order, you may do so as long as you have not yet received the email confirming the dispatch of your parcel. This does not include name or address changes, once orders have been processed, these details cannot be changed for security reasons.
