When will my order be delivered?

We dispatch all orders placed between Monday and Thursday within 24 hours of receipt unless there are any items out of stock. The timescale will depend on the delivery option you have selected. Please see the delivery options and the advised timescales below.

Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days

Premium Next Day Delivery - Next Day

Republic of Ireland - 3-5 working days

International Europe and USA - 5-7 working days

International Rest Of The World - 5-7 working days

 

For items which are out of stock, someone will be in touch to advise of your delivery date.

What do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges can vary depending on the level of service you require. Please see below delivery options which Lamb offers.

Standard Delivery - £6.50

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we do. If you have any problems processing an international order, please contact our customer services. Unfortunately we do not delivery to P.O boxes.

How do I process an International order?

Fill in your address details as normal and click Apply, the international delivery option should appear in delivery methods.

Do I have to sign for my parcel?

Yes we use a safe and secure signed for delivery service in order to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel to the correct person.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro \ Switch, Visa Electron, Delta

Is it safe to use my card on your website?

Here at Lamb we understand how important it is for our customers to shop with the utmost confidence that that their data is being processed and stored safely.

In order to ensure that your data has been stored correctly and safely, Lamb 1887 uses a secure server and firewall software, which encrypts all your data and prevents unauthorised access.

Lamb also uses a 3D secure programme which filters out any unauthorised transactions therefore you can rest assured that this website is very safe to use. If you are unsure about any of the details about the safety of your details please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your concerns.

Can I cancel my order?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you reserve the right to cancel your order with no reason, as long as you have informed us that you intend to return the full order within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. Under these regulations you are entitled to a full refund including the postage cost paid on the initial order. The full order must be returned and received by us for this to apply.

Can I place my order on the phone or via fax?

Unfortunately we are unable to process any transactions over the phone but our website is very safe to use.

What can I do if I am having problems placing my order online?

If you have any problems processing your order, please call us or email us and one of our representative will guide you through the process and help you place your order.

Can I add another item to my order if I have already placed my order?

Unfortunately you would have to place a new order as we do not have the facility to make any additions to any orders placed.

Can I make a change to my order if I have already place my order?

If you wish to make a change to your order, you may do so as long as you have not yet received the email confirming the dispatch of your parcel. This does not include name or address changes, once orders have been processed, these details cannot be changed for security reasons.

Will I be charged VAT?

All prices are inclusive or VAT where applicable at the rate suitable to the country of delivery, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system.

What are Lamb bags made from?

All our Lamb bags are made from luxurious soft leather with suede leather on the inside, which is sourced from the highest quality tanneries across Europe and Asia.

What is your returns policy?

If you wish to return an item to us for a refund or an exchange you may do so providing it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition with no damage and in their original packaging, except where there is a manufacturing fault. We will investigate and analyse all returns. If the fault is caused by general wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault we will not be able to accept the return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

If you have a faulty item that was delivered more than 14 days ago, please contact our customer services and we will try and assist you as best we can.

Do I have to pay to return my item?

Yes. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service therefore customers wishing to return an item to us should do so at their own cost.

How do I return my item?

Please fill in the returns section on your order summary sheet, selecting a reason for return and outline whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

If you do not have this, please write the same details on a piece of paper, including your name and order number to ensure that your return is dealt with correctly and as swiftly as possible.

We advise all customers returning items to us to keep proof of postage in case of any losses during transit. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of returns in transit and we will not be able to process returns or exchanges in such cases. Therefore we strongly advise that you retain the proof of postage and use a traceable delivery service, which insures you for the value of the goods.

How do I use a discount code?

Type the discount code in to the box on the right hand side of the checkout page under  Redeem a Coupon and then click the arrow button on the right hand side of this field to apply the discount. The price should then be reduced in the "Order Total" above.

I forgot to add a discount code to my order, can it still be applied?

Unfortunately not, once your order has been placed we are unable to apply any promotional codes.
